Elixonix was founded by entrepreneur Mrs Lebogang Leah Ramong, who leads the company as Managing Director. She hails from Rafreddy, Phokeng, in the Rustenburg region of North West Province — the very heart of South Africa's Platinum Belt.
She brings a strong foundation in credit and finance management, with experience connected to Invest North West and the North West Development Corporation (NWDC), and holds a National Diploma in Finance Management.
Her executive team is backed by extensive gold and platinum mining experience, including Master's-level business management graduates — pairing deep sector knowledge with the commercial discipline that mine supply demands.
Through her networks and negotiations, Elixonix secured a broad-based black economic empowerment supply agreement with the manufacturer, XPN Nutrition, to bring NEWLIFE products to the mining industry and the Kingdom of Eswatini.
